your house is fabulous!

I can't wait to show Jean-Yves the photos-he will love it! We were in an airport yesterday-I think it was the Denver or Oakland airport-but the rug looked like it was a copy of some of your earlier work. It was carpeting the floor all along the terminal and i actually stopped to look at it because it was so strikingly similar to some of your older paintings. I always told you you should try textile design!

Are you ready to start painting the farbels?

soon. there's a lot of touchup that needs to be done that you can't see in the photos.

You're painting the house that all the kids for MILES around will want their parents to drive past.

*gulp* You go, boy!

I never noticed the cute iron grate to the left of your doorway. I like the rays and circles. Do you know who made the door?

Oh, I see now, the circles and rays are part of the support structure for the porch roof, and they're just catching more light than the background. Still, beaats the usual scrollwork. If you can find a manufacturer improint anywher eI'd still be interested.

I love that you're doing this. I love that Nicole's decided to stay. I love that I've known you more than three years now and I can STILL come back to this journal and remember why I wanted to in the first place.
